Soul education: this is the secret of healing diseases

Ricardo de Souza Cavalcante, our interviewee in this issue, a specialist in infectious diseases, one of the most complex medical specialties, discusses disease and perispirit, change of feelings and cure.

We highlight in the interview the points below, to which we add brief comments.

"Spirit doctrine offers us an immense source of information to understand the phenomenon of illness, since its origins are in the soul, the main object of study of Spiritism." (Ricardo de Souza Cavalcante, in the interview cited).

Even the most common infection is only made possible by a disposition of the perispirit. A sick perispirit transmits to the somatic body the corresponding morbidity, or rather, it gives the disposition to the disease. To better understand how this takes place it is necessary to remember that the perispirit is attached to the body molecule to molecule, and that it is the template from which the somatic body materializes. Obviously, every change in the perispirit entails a change in the physical body.

Likewise, the perispirit resents the lesions that originate in the body, such as when we have a sick behavior, such as alcoholism, or when we have happy behavior, such as the development of virtues. It is good to keep in mind a teaching that is well known in the spirit world: structural change, the elevation of a person's vibratory pattern and, of course, of its spiritual vehicle, stems from three factors: good thoughts, good feelings and good acts.

The immune system is reinforced by the beneficial action of the messengers of Jesus resulting, among other things, from the practice of prayer. This feature is demonstrated by several interdisciplinary studies. Prayer, corollary of faith, is the most powerful ally in the prevention and treatment of diseases.

The role of medicine on Earth is dispose, to our benefit, the resources necessary for prevention and treatment. It would be illogical to assume that all health benefits are found only in spiritual resources. First, the instruments of healing and prevention are already in the exercise of terrestrial medicine; Secondly, it is not permissible to depend for all on spiritual assistance, overloading the spirits with our often incomprehensible petitions.

Knowing the soul - the incarnate Spirit - would give medicine an instrument never seen in the specialties that form the framework of medical-therapeutic resources. The role of this transition promoted by the Medical-Spirit Associations, which lead the knowledge of the immortal soul and its apanage, the perispirit, even to the medical-academic field it has been spread through several Brazilian regions whose had as a disseminated center AME São Paulo, capital.

Jesus said, "Go, your sins are forgiven." And the person did not need him to say "get up and walk!" as in the case of the paralytic because the healing of his physical body would naturally be a consequence of the healing of his soul. So when we use the verb somatize, we are actually referring to a mechanism far beyond what psychology and medicine supposed to be, because it is the soul reacting on a two-way path - as an agent in the body's changes Physical and as a patient in the action of the body on it.

Thus, it is not difficult to understand that the knowledge of the soul will give medicine and psychology the key they need to solve the mechanisms of disease and real cure.
