Ladybug's Birthday
Once upon a time there was a Ladybug, who was very kind
and friendly to all the little animals.
Soon her birthday was coming. Since
they loved Ladybug so much, each one of her friends
wanted to honor her. But they didn't know how, because
they didn’t feel capable of doing anything she could
enjoy.
On the eve of Ladybug's birthday,
talking about it, friends realized that if each one
helped with what they knew how to do, they could make a
cake and a beautiful celebration for Ladybug's birthday
together. So, they decided to have a surprise party.
The next day, the animals gathered
and waited for Ladybug to leave the house. She enjoyed
walking through the garden, enjoyed the sun. When
Ladybug went for a walk, the animals entered in her
house without her knowledge.
Then the preparations began.
The Spider wove a beautiful banner
written "Happy Birthday".
The Bees brought a good portion of
delicious honey and also pollen grains to sweeten the
cake.
The Grasshopper picked several leaves
of fennel to make delicious tea.
The Snail got droplets of pure water
that would serve for tea and to make the cake softer.
The Butterfly knew a lot about
decoration and brought flowers and twigs, with which she
made beautiful arrangements to adorn the party.
The Beetle, who knew how to cook,
took the honey, the water, the pollen that the Bees
brought, and another portion of seed flour and put it in
a bowl. In an instant she made the cake, which was very
tasty.
The Ants, hardworking and organized,
formed cleaning and tidying teams. With the help of the
Butterfly, they placed the flower ornaments and hung the
banner that the Spider made.
With everyone working together
willingly, it was all set soon. Friends eagerly awaited
the arrival of Ladybug.
When Ladybug arrived home, she saw
everything clean, organized and decorated with flowers.
She grinned when she saw the "Happy Birthday" banner and
the beautiful cake on the table. Her friends hugged her
and everyone sang happy birthday to her.
Ladybug thanked her friends very much
for the beautiful surprise. Everybody was very happy.
