The beneficial influence of music, in the
view of Moacyr Camargo
Moacyr Camargo, musician and
composer was in Londrina
last month. He is a founder
of Abrarte (Brazilian
Association of Spirit
Artists). He was interviewed
at that opportunity by one
of our colleagues, Lívia
Prada Seneda. He has become
spirit since 1984, and since
then he attends to the
Kardecist Core Antonio
Pereira, an institution
joined to the Union of the
Spirit Societies of São
Paulo (USE). In the
interview que tells us about
the importance of music and
its influence in our life.
Ricardo Baesso de Oliveira,
from Juiz de Fora (MG), is a
member of the Editorial
Board of our magazine,
examines the spiritual
aspects of criminality in
this edition. Referring to
the biosocial theory, which
attempts to explain the
causes of crime, he says
that until today there is no
biological or psychological
theory elaborated regarding
to crimes committed in
luxury offices, in political
offices or in the rooms of
large contractors - the
so-called crimes of the
white collar.
Untiring in his task of
spreading the Spirit
teachings, Divaldo Franco
was in the city of Mogi das
Cruzes, where he gave a
seminar on the theme
“Existential Void” to an
estimated 500 people.
According to the known
speaker, love to each other
is the main antidote against
the existential void. The
seminar was held at the
Spirit Home Cáritas. Carlyne
Paiva tells us how it was an
especial report.
