ADEP: 20 years in the
service of Spiritist
Disclosure
The Association of Spiritist
Promoters of Portugal (ADEP)
celebrated last September 20
years of existence focused
on the dissemination of
spiritist doctrine in the
country where lived Camões,
the greatest poet of
Portuguese letters. Jorge
Gomes, one of its founders,
tells us about the origin
and purposes of the
institution, whose influence
on the improvement of the
spiritist movement in
Portugal is undeniable. The
story is one of the
highlights of this edition.
Another highlight is the
interview given to us by
Taisa Lucia Berlingieri, a
psychologist with
specialization in mourning
and an entrepreneur from the
funeral industry, born in
Jaboticabal (SP), where she
lives and acts as an
evangelizer of childhood at
the Universal Spiritist
Center. In the interview she
tells us about her
experience as a professional
and as a spiritist in
dealing with grief.
In the Special published in
this issue, Rogério Coelho
concludes his article “What
Spiritism is; what Spiritism
is not ”, whose first part
was published in the last
edition. In the article,
among important information
about the exchange between
man and the spirits, he
explains why Moses forbade
the consultation of the dead
in Israel. The article is
one of the highlights of the
edition.
