1st Fraternal
Meeting of Youth in
Quarantine
Without any sponsorship from
the state spirit federations
or the Brazilian Spirit
Federation, an event
conceived and carried out by
young spirits took place
last month on the internet,
which became known as the
1st Fraternal Meeting of
Youth in Quarantine. Nayara
Peixoto was
the creator of the event, as
our collaborator Marcel
Bataglia Gonçalves tells us,
in a special article that is
one of the highlights of
this edition.
Another highlight is the
interview given to us by
Professor Amanda Giacon
Parra, from Lins (SP).
Graduated in History from
UNESP, with a Master's and
PhD in Ancient History from
the same institution, she is
a speaker and also a
volunteer at Casa do Caminho
Dr. Bezerra de Menezes, in
Promissão (SP). In the
interview, she talks to us,
among other subjects, about
Maria Montessori and her
contribution in the area of
education.
In the Special published in
this edition, Rogério Coelho
concludes his article “The
noble mission of the
Christian spirit medium”,
the first part of which was
published in the previous
edition. In the article, he
reminds us that mediumship
"is the mother of the Spirit
Doctrine" and that, in the
face of this, the daughter -
the Spirit Doctrine, already
emancipated - now has the
important duty of taking
care of its mother -
mediumship. The article is
one of the highlights of the
edition.
