One of the
highlights
of this
current
issue is the
interview
delivered to
the editor
Wellington
Balbo by our
confrere
Christina
Nunes,
correspondent
of this
magazine in
Rio de
Janeiro.
Born in Rio
de Janeiro
to Spiritist
parents,
Christina
has a degree
on
Portuguese
and
Literature
and
professionally
works at TRF
in her
hometown. In
the
Spiritist
scene she
works as a
psychographer,
writing many
Spiritist
books, all
of them
inspired by
her
spiritual
mentor Caio
Fabio Quinto.
In the
interview,
she talks
about her
books and
about
current
topics, such
as abortion
and
violence.
José
Passini,
from Juiz de
Fora (MG),
writes about
the Shroud
of Turin,
the linen
cloth which,
according to
some sectors
of the
Catholic
Church,
would have
covered
Jesus after
his
crucifixion.
The question
of its
authenticity
is discussed
in the text.
At the end
of July, in
the
headquarters
of the
Brazilian
Spiritist
Federation,
in the
Federal
District,
took place
another
National
Meeting of
Coordinators
of the
Systematized
Study of the
Spiritist
Doctrine, in
which
confreres
from many
states took
part, as it
is shown, in
a special
story, our
collaborator
and editor
Antonio
Augusto do
Nascimento.
