Crises seem
chaotic, but they are
windows to new perspectives
This thought is from our
collaborator Claudia
Gelernter, author of the
Special In Times of
Crisis, one of the
highlights of this edition.
In the article, she reminds
us that, as no one ignores,
personal, family, global
crises are happening, but it
is important to understand -
she adds - that this is the
time to move on, supported
by our solid and robust
faith, placing ourselves as
peace workers at all times,
aware that the peace we all
aspire to is a construction
that effectively begins in
each one of us.
Another highlight of this
issue is the interview given
to us by Divanir Assis
Castilho, from Bauru (SP). A
cradle spirit, Divanir
participates in the
activities of the Vicente de
Paulo Spirit Centre, where
she works as a study monitor
and speaker. In the
interview she gave us, she
tells us about her
performance in the spirit
works and the unusual way in
which she usually reads the
spirit books, from which
even the catalogue card she
reads it.
The 3rd edition of the
National Family Week will
take place from 16 to 22
August, a seminar promoted
by the Family Department of
the Brazilian Spirit Medical
Association and which this
year, due to the new
coronavirus pandemic, will
be virtual. In an interview
with journalist Giovana
Campos, the event's
organizer, doctor Márcia
Regina Caldas Léon, vice
president of AME-Planalto,
talks to us about the
subject.
