The influence
of the arts on us and our
lives
In the Special Live, Love
and Live, Arleir
Bellieny examines the
influence of the arts on our
trajectory in this world.
Alluding to the so-called
“Yellow September”, which
reminds us of the importance
of paying attention to the
issue of suicide, he
proposes a reflection on two
magnificent works, one by
Goethe, the other by Mozart,
whose consequences on
people's conduct and lives
they deserve to be always
remembered and meditated
upon. The article is one of
the highlights of this
issue.
Another highlight is the
interview that Orson Peter
Carrara did with the
confrere Roberto Sabbadini
Júnior, born in Bicas from
Minas Gerais and currently
living in the city of Muriaé
(MG). In the interview, the
focus is on Saint Francis of
Assisi and his extraordinary
influence on the course of
the Church and Christianity.
Graduated in Economics, our
interviewee is part of the
volunteer team of the
Spiritist Center Maria de
Nazaré, in his city, where
he works in the
dissemination of Spiritism.
On April 29, 2005, SEAC –
Sociedade Espírita Amor e
Caridade was founded in the
Engenho Pequeno neighborhood
in São Gonçalo (RJ). In July
2005, the new entity had
already acquired its own
headquarters. Marcel
Bataglia Gonçalves tells us
a little of this story in a
special article that is also
one of the highlights of
this edition.
