The idea inherent to the sentence above is the subject of the Special “Religions need Spiritism”, by Cláudio Bueno da Silva, from Osasco (SP). In it, the columnist writes about the purpose of religions, which is, according to Herculano Pires, “to tear man from animality and lead him to morality”, an objective to which Spiritism contributes decisively by providing us with proof of the survival of soul and show us, clearly, what are the true objectives of our sojourn in the world.
