This week’s editorial, entitled “Let’s do our part, while there is still time” speaks about the tragedy that befell the city of Niteroi, in which hundreds of people perished due to landslides caused by heavy rains that fell earlier this month in the State of Rio de Janeiro.

One of the highlights of the week is the interview conceded by the president of the Spiritist Federation of Parana, Francisco Ferraz Batista. He is a lawyer; post-graduated in Management Law. He is specialised in Work Law and is also the Secretary of the Regional South Commission of FEB, which unites the regions of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. In the present interview, Francisco talks about topics related to the Spiritist Movement in his State and give us his opinion on quite a number of interesting matters that will for sure interest our readers.

Another highlight of this edition is the special from Marcus De Mario, from Rio de Janeiro (RJ), where he analyses the book entitled “Crepúsculo dos Deuses”, written by Ângelo Inácio through the medium Robson Pinheiro.

The spiritist centre Luiz Gonzaga, in cooperation with the Brazilian Spiritist Federation, União Espírita Mineira (Spiritist Union of Minas Gerais), Aliança Municipal Espírita (Municipal Spiritist Alliance) and Casa de Chico Xavier (House of Chico Xavier) has promoted, between 02nd and 04th April, an impressive tribute to the centenary of the medium Chico Xavier, as shown in the special report which is also one of the highlights of this edition.
