The city of
Promissão, located in the
countryside of the state of
São Paulo, proves that
disagreeing with somebody
else's opinion is not enough
reason for someone to abandon
their spiritist centre. This
is the topic of this week’s
editorial entitled “There is
more than one reason to leave
the spiritist centre”.
One of the highlights of the
week is the interview conceded
by our confrere
Dermeval Carinhana Jr.
from Campinas-SP, to our
colleague
Orson Peter Carrara.
In the interview, the confrere
talks about his involvement
with ADE - Association of
Spiritist Disseminators of
Campinas and their experience
with the Web Spiritist Radio
of Campinas, speaking about
how it emerged and how the
novel “How does a Spiritist
Centre born” was elaborated.
Another highlight of this
edition is the special from
Altamirando Carneiro, from São
Paulo (SP), in which he
examines the case Mukhtar Mai,
from the Mirval village-
Pakistan, and is about the
quiet revolution that the
peasant girl suffered in the
region that she lives, a life
experience that is worth
knowing.
Renato Prieto, who plays Andre
Luiz in the film “The Astral
City”, and some other famous
artists have attended the 3rd
Brazilian Spiritist Congress,
as shown in the article which
is part of this edition and
one of the highlights of the
week.
*
It ends, in this week’s
edition, the study of the book
“Between Earth and Heaven”, of
Andre Luiz, which was
psychographed by the medium
Francisco Cândido Xavier,
published in 1954 by the
Brazilian Spiritist
Federation, which was
presented in this magazine for
over 38 editions.
