Five years later

 
This edition marks five years of our journal existence, first published on April 18th 2007, when it celebrated the sesquicentennial of The Spirits' Book, a work that gave the initial step of the spiritual doctrine formation.

In previous editions commemorating the anniversary of this magazine we refer to various matters relevant to it, such as its origin, the reasons for its creation, its objectives, scope, and it got out that its readers have gotten, which is shown in numbers in the report entitled O Consolador has completed five years, published in this same issue.

Highlight the support received from the Creator and of spiritual friends, indispensable to the accomplishment of this project would not be accurate, but it was also done in the previous commemorative editions.

We hope, however, this time emphasize the participation of incarnate, without which this magazine would have a short life. To draw up a weekly edition like this, where we celebrated our 5-year anniversary, we are required the assistance of 33 people.

It is noteworthy that none of them receives remuneration for doing the work that it is responsible, because they all aim at a larger goal, which is to lead the reader to the message of the Gospel and the spirits teachings, as a form of consideration of the many blessings that the lessons of Jesus and the spiritual doctrine we have lavished throughout life.

While the reader reads this text, two other editions are in preparation, involving colleagues and partners in Brazil and abroad, all driven by the ideal to give people something that has helped us in our evolutionary path.

Looking at the difficulties of the beginning and the numbers achieved, we must not, therefore, other feeling than gratitude to all those who work beside us, in the two planes of life, without which the magazine "The Comforter" would not exist.

To them, therefore, send not only our thanks but our congratulations for their work, which completes this date exactly five years.
