The 18th CONMEL gathers
63
young spiritists during
the
carnival
This week’s editorial, "In
respect to the spiritist
doctrine, the theory was
born out of observation,"
recalls how, according to
the words of Allan Kardec,
the spiritist doctrine was
elaborated.
One of the highlights of the
week is the interview given
to our collaborator Antonio
Augusto Nascimento by the
colleague Humberto Bohrer
Garay, president of the
Spiritist Society of
Fraternal Help of Ijuí-RS.
Manager of a computer
company, the colleague
expresses in the interview
some of his thoughts on the
Spiritist Doctrine and about
our commitment to living it.
Another highlight of the
week is the special article
"The Acelino disaster, a
lesson for all of us,"
authored by our colleague
José Lourenço de Sousa Neto,
from Belo Horizonte-MG. The
article examines the case
Acelino reported by André
Luiz in the book The
Messengers,
psychographic work by the
medium Francisco Cândido
Xavier
The 18th CONMEL
took place during the
carnival at the school
Father José Anchieta, in
Londrina. 63 young
spiritists attended the
meeting, in addition to the
30 people who worked in the
event. A report on the
CONMEL is also one of the
highlights of this week.
