The writer Lauret Godoy
speaks to our magazine
"Cry of the masses" is the
title of the editorial in
this issue about the
protests, which took place
in Brazil for the last
weeks, calling the attention
of the ruling classes of the
country to the fact that our
nation needs greater sense
and honesty in dealing with
public affairs.
One of the highlights of
this issue is an interview
given by the writer Lauret
Godoy from Sao Paulo-SP to
our collaborator Orson Peter
Carrara. Lauret is a
Professor of Physical
Education, expertise in
Sports Administration, has
several books published, and
belongs to the Batuira
Spiritist Group in Sao
Paulo, where she works in
the physic area and in the
application of spiritual
passes, and volunteers in
the work of the
institution.
Another highlight of the
special edition is the
article "Unveiling the
meaning of happiness",
authored by our colleague
Anselmo Ferreira Vasconcelos,
who says that being happy is
a genuinely human ambition.
"In a way - says Anselmo -
we spend much of our lives
pursuing happiness."
The 22nd Spiritist Week in
Londrina began last night
and ends on July 6. It
focuses on "Hope of a new
era with Jesus." The
important event takes place
at the Events Center INESUL,
as you may see in a special
subject, one of the
highlights of this edition.
Another virtual work by EVOC
- Virtual Publisher of the
"O Consolador" (The
Comforter) was launched last
Friday. The book is entitled
"Gestão do Conhecimento e
Doutrina Espírita (Knowledge
Management and Spiritist
