A chat with
Gigliane
Ferreira Dourado
This week’s editorial, "Being
a good person is our goal"
reminds us about the purpose
of having an incarnational
experience by the Spirits
and explains why many
spiritists have difficulty
applying themselves the
moral teachings they learn
from the spiritist doctrine.
Gigliane Ferreira Dourado,
spiritist from the cradle
and rooted in Goiás, is our
interviewee this Sunday. In
an interview granted to our
collaborator Orson Peter
Carrara, she talks about the
influence and the examples
she received from her
parents since childhood.
Gigliane works as a
volunteer in the Spiritist
Community Allan Kardec in
Mineiros-GO, where she
resides. The interview is
one of the highlights of
this edition.
Another highlight is the
special article "Origin of
the black and yellow races
on Earth", written by our
collaborator Gebaldo José de
Sousa, from Goiânia-GO.
According to him, the black
and yellow races always
evolved in our planet, in a
natural process and with the
patient and constant
intervention of the "workers
of Jesus," throughout the
centuries. Divided into two
parts, the conclusion of the
article will be published
next week.
The 22nd
Spiritist Week of Londrina
was held from June 29th
to July 6th,
event promoted by the
Metropolitan Londrina URE,
which this year was held at
the Events Center Inesul, as
shown in a special report
which is also one of the
highlights of this edition.

On a day like today - July
14th - passed
away in 1924, in the city of
Warsaw, the French
psychiatrist and spiritist
researcher Gustave Geley.
Considered one of the
foremost researchers in the
field of materializations
Geley is a mandatory
reference in the study of
ectoplasm and its phenomena,
in addition to being the
first president of the
Institute of International
Metapsychics and founder of
the "Revue Metapsychique",
where he published much of
his research and experiments
about ideoplastia,
clairvoyance, telepathy and
cross matching, among
others.
