The president of the Spiritist Center Nosso Lar speaks to
the magazine  

This week’s editorial, “Is it really hard to conquer evil inclinations?” analyzes, in light of Spiritist teachings , the difficulty many people have in their fight against evil tendencies and inclinations stemming from the past .

An interview with the new president of the Spiritist Center Nosso Lar, in Londrina -PR, Luiz Claudio Assis Pereira, is one of the highlights of this edition. In the interview, Luiz Claudio talks about his plans and goals ahead for the well institution that is celebrating 80 years of activities. The interview was prepared by the journalist Fernanda Borges.

Another highlight is this edition is the special article " Jesus Christ: examining elements of a perfect leadership", authored by our collaborator Anselmo Ferreira Vasconcelos . Divided into two parts, the article will be concluded in the next issue of this magazine.

Our collaborator Édo Mariani , from Matão-SP, reports on a special topic, the history of the Spiritist Community Cairbar Schutel , whose origin is traced to the Spiritist Youth Cairbar Schutel , founded in 1947 in that city. The article also constitutes one of the highlights of this edition.

On a date like today - January 26 – the Dialectic Society of London decided to formally investigate the Spiritist phenomena. The year was 1869. Eighteen months later, the Commission concluded for the veracity of the phenomena. Among the members who took part in that inquiry was the great English naturalist Alfred Russel Wallace.
