A chat with Eliane Cassemiro
from Santa Catarina (BR)
"Zezé Bergamo" is the title
of our editorial, it reminds
us that the work of our
spirit companion José Maria
Bergamo, our magazine work
team member. As we have
already reported, Zezé
Bergamo died eight days ago
in Londrina.
Eliane Cassemiro, based in
Criciúma (SC), is the
interviewed of the week.
President of the 9th
Regional Spirit Union of
Santa Catarina, the director
tells us in the interview on
the spirit movement in
Criciuma and in the cities
of its region. Authored by
Orson Peter Carrara, the
matter is one of the
highlights of this edition.
Another highlight is the
special written by Enrique
Eliseo Baldovino, Foz do
Iguaçu (PR), entitled "The
indifference of spirits to
the reading of the Spirit
Magazine". In the
article, the author reminds
that the 12 volumes of the
Spirit Magazine are
valuable doctrinal
repositories unfortunately
still little studied by
spirits.
It was held from 3rd
to 6th of June at
Goiânia Convention Center,
the 10th Mednesp
- Spiritist Medical Congress
of Brazil, organized by
AME-Brazil and AME-Goiânia,
as Giovana Campos shows in a
report that also constitutes
the highlights of this
edition.

A date like today - June 14th
– it was born in
Guaratinguetá (SP), in 1894,
Edgard Armond, author of
several works, including the
School Mediums Points, which
had great influence in the
formation and education of
mediums in São Paulo and in
several Brazilian states.
Armond was one of those
responsible for the
implementation of the Spirit
Federation of the State of
São Paulo (FEESP), where he
worked for more than three
decades, systematized the
study of the doctrine in
evangelical terms and
established courses to
assist the development of
mediums.
