The maternal mission is
not always a sea of
roses
1. The maternal heart is
in the expression of a
spirit friend, "a cup of
love that life is
manifested in the
world", but serious is
the craft of true
motherhood. "They get up
monuments of progress
between the men and we
owe them, largely
self-sacrificing mothers
and fair, but rise from
the dark prison and we
owe them in the same
proportion, indifferent
mothers and criminal",
he says Pires Sebastiana
, in "Light in the
Home," pp. 3, pp. 15.
2. Spiritism teaches
that Nature gave the
mother the love of their
children in the interest
of conserving them.
Among the animals that
love is limited to the
material and ceases when
they become unnecessary
care. In humans, it
persists throughout life
and has a devotion and
dedication are virtues,
surviving and even death
following the child up
in the afterlife.
3. It is meant to be
that the maternal love
in the laws of nature
that the maternal
mission is always a bed
of roses, because it is
not. It is, in fact, a
tricky task in which the
resignation and the
tears are dwelling.
4. It is not difficult
to understand why this
happens. Which is
usually reborn together
in the bonds of
consanguinity, persons
who have not hit the
wheels of the car in the
understanding of
evolution, to work on
the edges that prevent

5. There are parents who
do not tolerate children
and mothers who turn
against their own
children, much as there
are children who show
enemies of their parents
and brothers to
exterminate the
magnetism in the
degenerated congenital
antipathy.

prepare their children
for life
6. The maternal mission
is important, therefore,
charges sublime,
especially in homes
where spirits
antagonistic, if not
enemies, are temporarily
united by the ties of
kinship. Motherhood
requires and develops
sensitivity, tenderness,
patience, increasing the
capacity to love his
wife.
7. In the home, the
mother's heart must be
the exponent of all
divine spiritual
understanding and all
the sacrifices for peace
in the family. The
maternal mission is to
always give the child
the love that flows from
God, because first of
all know that our
children are primarily
children of God.
8. Since childhood, it
is the mother to prepare
them for work and for
the struggle that awaits
them. Since the early
years should teach the
child to escape the
abyss of freedom,
controlling her
attitudes and fixing the
positions you mentally,
because that is when the
best time for building
the foundations of a
lifetime.
9. Teach tolerance
purest, but not disdain
the power when needed.
Offer will in all ways
available to them for
peace of children,
teaching them that all
pain is respectable,
uplifting work that all
is divine and that all
waste is misconduct.
10. Teach them to
respect the misfortune
of others. Is she at
home the good advice
without bias, the
stimulus to work and the
source of harmony for
all. Seek, in short, the
pious mother of Jesus
the symbol of Christian
virtues.
The family is the most
important kernel in
society
11. With regard to
filial love, it is
imperative to remember
that the commandment
"Honor thy father and
thy mother" is a
corollary of the general
law of charity and love
of neighbor, while the
word "Honor" should
close any more - that of
filial piety . Honor thy
father and mother is not
only to respect them,
but also assist them in
need, provide them in
old age home, surround
them with care as they
did with their children
during infancy.
12. Two causes basically
determine the
ingratitude of children
to parents: some are due
to the imperfections of
the children, others are
the result of faults
committed by their own
parents. Indeed, many
parents unprepared for
the ministry familial,
serious mistakes that
can significantly
influence the behavior
of the offspring, which
then, as his character,
rebelling against those,
crucified in the rough
planks of ingratitude.
13. Many immature
parents who move in the
body urged on by the
torment of endless
pleasures, respond to
the disequilibrium and
maladjustment of
children, in unbridled
competition of modern
society.
14. There is, however,
children of parents who
received the most
prolific displays of
sacrifice and caring,
aspiring to a peaceful
environment, health,
morals, balancing home,
nurtured by love without
deception and denial
without pretense, and
yet reveal if cold,
demanding and
ungrateful.
15. Nevertheless, the
home - the sanctuary of
parents, school
children, workshop
experiences - is the
mainspring that drives
humanity, family and,
arguably, the core of
major importance in the
social organism.
