acceptance,

First we want to
make clear that
our opinion is
of help. We
understand that
Spiritualism
brings within
itself countless
possibilities of
contact with the
spiritual world
and that,
through them; we
can strengthen
our ideal of
promoting a
better time for
us and society
as a whole. As
the Consoler
promised by
Jesus, it
undoubtedly
brings to
mankind an
endless source
of help and
clarifications
for the perfect
adequacy of man
to Divine Laws.
I, particularly,
am a follower of
new trends. I am
for the
evolution of
technical,
scientific,
philosophical,
religious
resources, as
well as
electronic and
virtual ones. As
soon as I
entered the
virtual magnetic
pass Site, set
up by the Andre
Luiz Institute.

search for
oneself, that
differs from all
the aberrations
afore mentioned,
are excellent
for all of us.
On the notice
board of that
institute, we
read dozens of
opinions of
people who have
used the
recourse of
virtual pass,
such as:
“I’ve had the
virtual pass and
believe that
everything is
working out in
my life… Thanks
for everything,
or dear Lord…
Please take away
the idea of
suicide from me,
Thank you very
much”.
Another comment
made us think:
“I begged the
Lord to guide me
today and
entered the page
already saved on
my favorites by
accident; it was
the Lord’s hand
for sure. I’ll
have a tough
afternoon
(divorce), I’ll
go on with the
protection of
the Father and
with lots of
faith. Let peace
be with you.
Amen”
No one cannot
measure up the
size and the
weight of
someone’s pain
We noticed that
the opinions
above are of
people
experiencing
extreme
existential
crisis and in
need of
spiritual help.
That’s why we
validate the
site. Of course,
we have to aid
the ones who
seek our help.
No one can
evaluate the
range of
tribulations
that permeate
human living,
knowing that
each one has
their own
toughness and,
therefore, no
one can measure
up the size and
the weight of
someone’s pain.
It is good when
we count on with
help like this
and it comforts
us.
I read
attentively
another post on
that board:
“I’ve received
the magnetic
pass for the
second time now.
I have faith
I’ll be released
from this
depression.
Thank you Lord,
continue
enlightening my
life and my
family’s,
especially Pedro

Here we see a
person lacking a
lot of the
therapy both
medical and the
one offered at
Spiritualistic
Centers. That’s
when the
question came
up: - Would only
through the help
of a website our
sister be able
to overcome
depression, in
which she says
she is entangled
with? So, this
is the issue
surrounding the
virtual pass.
Martins Peralva
in the book
“Studying
Mediumship”, in
chapter 2,
states that:
“Distance passes
are an
alternative
that, in ideal
conditions, may
show results as
good as the one
received where
the patient and
the pass giver
find themselves
physically in
the same room.
Since those
ideal conditions
can hardly be
found, their
results are, in
most cases,
unsatisfactory”.
From Martin
Peralva’s notes,
we start to
think about the
validity of a
virtual pass as
a therapy. I
spoke closely
with a healing
medium from Juiz
de For a, Dona
Maria Geny
Barbosa, 83
years old,
seventy of those
dedicated to
mediumship. That
lady receives
hundreds of
people weekly
with
extraordinary
results, to the
point that her
work is being
the theme of a
PhD thesis of a
scholar. Dona
Geny told us
calmly, and
after a few
moments of
reflection:
“Yes son, this
work is really
comforting,
however, as a
therapy that
leads to cure,
it falls short.
The person must
be present with
the pass giver
so that the
combined fluids

will of the
medium and the
Spirit that

indeed help the
person in

her problems”.
Does a distance
pass need a
medium?
Probably our
sister has never
read the book by
Martins Peralva
and said the
same thing our
fellow who lived
in Belo
Horizonte. These
clashes of ideas
and opinions
enable us an
analysis free of
denial or
sarcasm. We are
just analyzing.
We would very
much like to
understand and
find out that
the virtual
magnetic pass
really heals and
cures, but the
experts, those
who work
directly with
fluids, do not
assert us of a
full acceptance.
Dr. Cristovao
Panconi, a
family doctor,
is an old worker
of
Spiritualistic
centers, having
in some of them
occupied
positions in the
board. The
doctor mentioned
above is in
charge today of
a health unit
here in Juiz de
Fora (MG). He
was emphatic in
suggesting:
“Why not gather
requests over
the Internet and
do a distance
irradiation. The
gathering of
mediums may help
the action of
Spirits
conveyers of
fluids”. You
see that we are
not refuting
anything, just
seeking opinions
of people who
deal in the area
of physical and
spiritual
health.
Furthermore, the
doctor stated
that at first it
may sound
preposterous by
may even happen:
“Won’t we, in
the near future,
invent domestic
robots for the
application of
passes?”
I have also
spoken with Dr.
Ricardo Baesso,
an orthopedist
and well-known
spiritualistic
lecturer in this
city and around,
and founder of
the Institute of
Spiritualistic
Diffusion of
Juiz de For a.
He said:
“Distance
healing is what
we always call
Irradiation,
whose
doctrinarian
basis is in
Kardec. I don’t
recall the
month/ year, but
it in a piece
from the
Spiritualistic
Magazine,
Kardec, receives
an orientation
from St. Louis
for this group
of people
gathered around
daily at a
predetermined
time and prayed
for this young
woman who begged
for help from
the good
Spirits. This is
what we call
Irradiation or
distance pass”.
As we can see,
opinions get
crossed,
becoming
unanimous.
Distance pass
needs the action
of mediums in
league with
spirituality.
One needs to be
very careful not
to offer
panaceas to our
brothers who are
suffering. I
don’t mean to
say that the
virtual pass is
a panacea; I
just couldn’t
find someone
around here with
good judgment to
vehemently
validate it.
A fraternal
discussion is
needed about the
theme
The subject
generates
discussions and
its creators
must be prepared
for them. On the
site it is
written that
“irony, mockery
and threats
would fall upon
us like
destructive
thunderstorm”.
They go on: “But
if we didn’t
expect to find
such great and
positive
response from
the Internet
community, we
didn’t expect
the rage from
some orthodox
Spiritualists,
who appear to
have come more
from the dark
mobs of Gregory
than from a
‘so-called’
civilized
society,
either”.
Honestly, I
found the tone
very aggressive.
I thought the
attack was a
defense
mechanism. We
cannot tell
whether our
brothers truly
want an open
discussion about
the subject or
are imposing
their work as
being absolutely
correct, within
their own
convictions.
This is no good.
I wish to use
the virtual
pass. However,
I want legal
representatives
to give opinions
about it at a
big discussion
table. That’s
how Jesus
directed us when
he said:
“If your brother
sins against
you,
go and tell him
his fault,
between you and
him alone. If he
listens to you,
you have gained
your brother.
But if you are
not listened to,
take one or two
others along
with you, so
that every word
may be confirmed
by the evidence
of two or three
witnesses”.

We therefore
conclude that
our brothers,
creators of
distance help
must be ready
for a fraternal
discussion about
the theme, very
controversial in
itself
(something they
know well).
Kardec in The
Genesis,
Chap. 14, item
32 is mentioned
on the site,
saying: “The
spiritual fluid,
combined with
human fluid,
lends it the
qualities that
it lacks”.
Our brothers
comment about
the
impossibility of
people to attend
spiritual
centers,
sometimes
because they
live abroad,
where there are
no centers with
passes, or are
not available in
small cities. In
fact, all is
true, hence we
return to the
hypothesis
offered by Dr.
Cristovao
Panconi when
speaking about
the irradiations
made through
mediums and
disincarnated
Spirits around a
table, in the
light of prayer
with a sincere
wish to help.
Every good
action generates
comfort and can
even cure
There’s still an
unfortunate and
ludicrous
statement on the
website, in our
opinion,
referring to a
pass giving
medium who,
according to
them, said:
“People are
naturally lazy,
now with the
virtual pass
it’ll all go
down the drain”.
It was
catalogues as a
possible joke,
deeming those
words
prejudicial. I
believe that the
subject is way
too important to
be treated this
way. They pose,
against the
possibility of
an open
discussion,
that: “If
anyone dares to
offer something
new, that goes
against what
they think or
escapes the
futility and
vulgarity that
people see in
it, the fight is
on”. They
admit that
people: “do
not see as a
sublime means of
exchange,
knowledge and
union between
peoples and
races, but as a
stupid amusement
park where fools
and ill intended
people thrive”.
The level,
indeed, is way
below what
Christian
fraternity
professes,
needing a change
in its content.

in the book “The
Spiritualistic
Pass” FEB
Edition from
2006, says with
absolute
property:
“The pass is a
donation, and
one can only
give what he or
she posseses;
therefore it is
a must that the
pass giver
enjoys good
health, in the
physical body as
well as the
mind. When an
organic or
psychic
imbalance is
noticed, the
service of
passes must be
interrupted
immediately,
mainly when it
is about an
obsessive
process of any
nature, an
instance in
which the pass
giver should be
put in the place
of a patient”.
It is necessary
to cool down
tempers in order
to talk
assertively
about such
proficient
process of cure,
moreover when we
are entering a
new era where,
certainly,
passes will be
more widespread
and used by
conventional
medicine as seen
in the works by
Dr. Sergio
Felipe de
Oliveira,
creator of ‘Unispirito’,
in Sao Paulo,
among others.
Universities
slowly adhere to
psychic and
mediumship
studies and
their
possibilities.
Our observations
serve only as a
spice in this
discussion. I
believe that
many will say
yes and many
other will
oppose such
initiative. It
is very natural.
And we shouldn’t
only stick to
comments made by
people who don’t
understand the
subject deeply.
Of course, every
positive action
generates
comfort and can
even cure
people. What one
cannot preach is
that a certain
isolated action
can substitute
the thousand
year old works,
which were even
used by Jesus
when he laid on
his hands.
One must accept
criticism with
attention
In the book
“Caminho,
Verdade e Vida”,
Emmanuel in
Chap. 153 says
that “passes,
like
transfusions of
psychic forces,
in which
precious
spiritual
energies flow
from the
messengers of
Christ to donors
and
beneficiaries,
represent the
continuity of
the efforts of
the Master to
relieve the
sufferings of
the world”.
It is clear that
the presence of
donors and
beneficiaries is
decisive in the
process of
therapeutic aid.
I recall D. Geny
when saying that
as a relief it
is valid, as a
therapy,
however, it may
not be useful.
Therefore, our
brothers who
created the site
must accept
criticism with
attention.
There’s a
testimony on the
site’s Message
Board that
practically says
the same thing.
Let’s see what
our sister who
used the
recourse of
virtual pass
wrote: “This
site was
recommended by a
great friend.
When accessing
the virtual
pass, I felt
very comforted
and relieved and
thank very much
for the blessing
received. GOD,
keep blessing us
always!”
Yes, absolutely,
every comfort
brings relief.
We know that
relief is a
reduction of the
burden the
weight, the
fatigue, the
anxiety; it
promotes a rest,
a break from the
processes that
bring physical
and
psychological
discomforts.
This is good,
but that’s not
all, it does not
lead. We know
that normally
passes are given
in rooms
prepared
beforehand,
sanitized, where
silence and
reclusion are
paramount,
unless on visits
to homes and
hospitals as
exceptions to
the rule. Would
it be the case
that when we
turn on the
computer, after
we enter such a
polluted virtual
network, after
going through
the news, etc.
we achieve the
same required
predisposition
to receive the
sublime energies
that come from
above? It’s just
a question I
pose and not a
criticism.
There are things
that need to be
clarified and

Spiritualistic
movement counts
on many
scholars, not
always orthodox,

sincerely to
contribute for
the whole

fortunate and
reaches the
proposed
objectives, as
we believe to be
best objectives

consciousness of
