Why is reincarnation vital
and indispensable?
Reincarnation is, as everyone knows, one of the fundamental principles of Spiritism. The passage of the Spirits by bodily life is absolutely necessary so that they can evolve and acquire wings heading to the goal for which we were created, that is, perfection.
The activity that the Spirit is obliged to exercise in earth life helps the development of its intelligence, which extends along the successive journeys, thereby contributing not only to its development, as for the evolution of the planet itself.
Returning to a new reincarnation experience, the Spirit brings, recorded in its psyche, the knowledge accumulated in previous existences, enhanced intelligence and the virtues acquired along the way.
Who is a father realizes with great ease, the nuances that reveal in their children, both in the intellectual aspect as the moral aspect. There are children who show early affable and affectionate, while his brother seems refractory to parents contact. Other shows different skills in relation to learning. Some learn easily this or that discipline, while others have great difficulty in assimilating this or that content.
The man's presence on Earth history shows, with remarkable clarity, as the evolution of human beings is real, even though extremely slow.
According to recent studies, the homo sapiens sapiens appeared on Earth just over 40,000 years ago, but he is, in fact, a subspecies of homo sapiens, whose initial presence would have occurred in the world for about 200,000 years ago, and it was, according to science, species that most resembled the modern man.
It turns out that it did not come suddenly or by chance, being the result of an evolutionary process that it had, long before, among other species, homo habilis who lived between 2.2 million to 780,000 years ago, homo erectus that lived between 1.8 million and 300,000 years ago.(1)
In that process, whose duration is measured in millennia, not just fitness, but intelligence, knowledge and technique developed as a result of successive experiences provided by reincarnation law.
Present on Earth for 40,000 years approximately, however, it was only in the Neolithic Period, also known as the Age of Polished Stone which started around 8,000 years before Christ, the homo sapiens sapiens conquered certain skills that thereafter were incorporated in the lives of earthlings.
If before the Paleolithic man used to collect food practicing the act of hunting and fishing to survive, the Neolithic man began to produce what to eat with more attendance, planting fruit, legume and vegetables. Thus, there was no longer any need to wander constantly looking for food. Then it was built the first houses, similar to small cubicles made of straw and wood. Neolithic worked generally collectively, coming out in large groups for the few hunting and fishing activities, while women were responsible for ensuring the small villages’ wellness, staying with the children and taking care of agriculture. With more time to interact with each other, the Neolithic developed the first leisure activities, discovering the art of pottery and how to market it.
Another important development of that period was the domestication of animals, allowing them greater proximity to man and it brought more food variations, such as raising cattle, goats and pigs. The garments also had changed. Due to the intense cold of the Ice Age, the Paleolithic man was covered with animal skin, while the Neolithic started to manufacture the first clothes with wool, cotton and linen to facilitate the movement and bring more comfort compared to milder weather.(2)
For these reasons, every time someone questioned the necessity of reincarnation process or simply deny it, ask that person what would be the world and man if God had deprived us of the experience that the passage through the body life gives us.
If you have doubt in your answer, look at your own children and ask what would happen to them if any of them knew the school and work...
